Adebola Boboye is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and holds an Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK. She acquired both PGD and MSc in Human Resource Management at the London Metropolitan University.

Adebola has over 2 decades of experience working in human resources, during which time she gained exposure to a variety of top organizations and acquired recruitment, training and seminar management, HR database and system management, general HR administration and management.

She also gained experience in customer service, monitoring and recovering crystallized loans, pre-appraising credit loans for the credit committee, processing foreign exchange (FOREX) transactions, restructuring the HR system, and designing redesigned processes amongst others.

She is charged with the responsibility of helping the company ensure relevant skills are sourced, deployed and properly managed to the advantage of clients.
